2. Purchases and Payment

2.2 Final Sale Policy – All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations once a purchase is completed. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you are making a voluntary donation to support the maintenance and operation of our servers, and in return, you receive the selected digital goods.

3. Digital Goods and Virtual Items

3.2 No Real-World Value – All digital goods and virtual currency purchased have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside our gaming environment.

3.3 Account Responsibility – We are not responsible for lost or revoked access due to account bans, suspensions, or violations of our server rules.

4. Donorship Subscriptions

4.1 Recurring Payments – If you purchase a recurring donorship, payments will be automatically charged on the same date each month.

4.2 Cancellation – Donorships can be canceled at any time through the link provided in your confirmation email. Once canceled, future billing will stop, but previous payments will not be refunded.

4.3 Termination – If you violate our Terms or server rules, we may revoke your donorship benefits without refund.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

5.1 Chargeback Prohibition – By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals. Any chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from our servers and Webstore.

5.2 Legal Action – We reserve the right to take legal action to recover lost funds from fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Server Availability and Service Interruptions

6.1 No Guarantees – While we strive for uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our servers or Webstore.

6.2 Service Termination – If our servers are discontinued, digital goods and donor perks will become unavailable. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
